The French word means, "gloves from Sweden", how astonishingly beautiful. The delicate transition from Summer to Autumn, in Sydney alone, has been one of the slowest and most gruelling seasonal transitions yet. Sick of the Summer clothes, the eccentric and powerful style that sets in the hottest season has taken it's toll on me. Being a Summer baby doesn't mean you're a happy baby. To know that you're in Autumn but to see no remnants of the season was exhausting, to say the least. Finally, after the first week of April being over, April is acting just how it should. Mother Nature has taken control and flipped Sydney over.

Back to the interesting topic...

Although the vulgar making of true suede, it is horribly hard to resist. The non-ethical side of fashion shines through as a lot of designer's choice to use suede (hoping to learn how to spell suede by the end of this) is hurtful and damaging, but there are many companies that are a lot more animal friendly and although it's fake, it's one of the best fake thing to exist.

With Autumn occurring, suede is the ultimate trend of the year. Autumn is suede prime time but the fabric is so good you CAN wear it all year round, if you're prepared to sweat all Summer long.

Berryana Faux Suede Skirt

Classy combined with sexy is definitely the biggest style for the past year or so. With neutrals and basics attracting the eye of many, this suede skirt from Missguided is a must have. The tight fabric will allow space for your body to create the natural curve your mother graced you with. Dusty rose is a key statement for any sane person's wardrobe. Dusty rose is basically the equivalent to Apple's "Rose Gold" iPhone colour. The outfit on the model is suitable for an evening night adventure. If you're using this skirt or a similar one, I suggest using colours of the same tone. Black items will be too dark against such a light colour but a heavy texture/fabric. Colours that will accentuate this skirt is cream, nude, brown etc.

Crop Faux Suede Top

Everything about this top is modern and unique. Not needing any patterns to make this top stand out and look different, suede creates a whole new depth and identity for this top. A low cut without showing any cleavage at all, this is sophistication and style tied in one. Definitely a statement piece for whatever outfit you decide to weave it into, it is not quiet at all. Unlike the last item, this shirt would definitely work well with blacks, monotone and thick colours as the top alone stands out from afar. An essential for Autumn; a jacket. Sometimes it's nice to pair shorts or a skirt OR a dress with a big, oversized, fluffy, thick jacket, for those in-between weather days. As a monotone colour, this Forever 21 jacket is definitely an essential. Just like a parka, this jacket ticks every box, including affordability. For Australian's it may be hard to get your hands on, as in our very few Forever 21 stores, we get mostly 2011 left overs from the U.S. (only assuming due to the lack of shape, sophistication and just over all style). Or unless you're willing to pay a trillion dollars for shipping, you'll be able to catch a deal, technically. As shown in one of the photos, this jacket is a scarf as well, having the top bit connect from one side to the other, although if you live in the tropics of Australia you will NOT need this ever. Just by looking at this jacket you can see how warm you'll easily become when endeavouring out on those disgustingly cold days.

Edie Cut-Out Ankle Boots

 A nice touch to a dark and simplistic outfit, the retro styling of these boots will take the outfit to the next level. The colour won't clash against too many other shades, it'll sit perfectly at the bottom, covering your little toes. The cut out design allows breathing room, for those people (me) whose feet just can't handle the heat and decide to sweat the pain out. According to some scientific research, it has been found that your feet in the morning are the smallest they'll be throughout the day, anyways, the heel on the boot gives you the extra lift.
